Apple cider vinegar: Natural apple cider vinegar regulates the pH of the vaginal area. It effectively helps reduce itching and inflammation caused by the infection. Add 5 ml of natural apple cider vinegar to a liter of lukewarm water and do vaginal washes.
Natural yogurt: And yet yes, vaginal douches with yogurt have very good results, thanks to the probiotics it contains! Vaginal douching with live yogurt 10ml per day for 7 days and repeating in 1 week protects against bacterial vaginosis.
Baking soda: Baking soda has an antiseptic effect and thus prevents the multiplication of microbes. In a liter of lukewarm water, dissolve a teaspoon of baking soda and douche 2-4 times a day.
Tea tree, lavender and thyme essential oil: When the first symptoms appear, you can douche twice a day with the following mixture: 560 g. sterile water, 15 g. chamomile, 6 drops of tea tree (which is an antifungal and antibacterial product), 5 drops of lavender essential oil and 1 drop of thyme essential oil. Make a decoction with the water and chamomile, mix the essential oils and douche twice a day until the problem subsides.
Wear cotton underwear and avoid synthetic fabrics and tight pants. Use organic cotton sanitary pads that do not contain synthetic materials.
Take care of your diet and avoid bad habits. If the symptoms do not subside, then you should seek the advice of your doctor.
