How long can I wear Flower period underwear?
The recommended wearing time is 8–12 hours. You can also wear it overnight or during heavier discharge. The underwear is designed to last for years.
How many period underwear pieces do I need?
Since each pair provides coverage for 8–12 hours, we recommend having 3 to 4 pieces so you never run out.
How will I know when I need to change it?
You can tell by checking the seams. If they are saturated with blood or if the underwear feels damp, then it should be changed.
How much blood does the underwear absorb?
Flower period underwear absorbs approximately the equivalent of 4 regular tampons (46.5 ml). Flow varies from person to person, so you should judge based on your own flow.
Is it hygienic?
Yes. The underwear is cotton and hypoallergenic, making it very comfortable to wear. After use, rinse it with cold water and place it in the washing machine (30°C) or wash it by hand using a mild detergent. Hang it to dry and it’s ready to use again!
