Flower grants you the right to browse the website www.getflower.gr, to copy, print and save on your computer the content of the website or the pages it maintains on social media as mentioned above, exclusively and solely for personal use. You do not have the right to use this content for commercial purposes of any use without first obtaining the written consent of Flower Organic. Flower Organic reserves the right to change any information, the function and features of the website, without prior notification to you. The use of the website for illegal activities is strictly prohibited. Flower reserves the right to cancel any order in case illegal activities are suspected. The use, sale and even the connection of Flower products with any other website, whether application, or company and organization is prohibited without the prior written consent of Flower Organic. Each time you place an order with Flower, you will be asked to provide information related to payment and delivery of the products. Any personal information included in the terms of use is subject to Flower's stated privacy policy.
Invoicing and Payments
Your credit or debit card will be charged at the applicable rate, as communicated on the Flower website. The following debit and/or credit cards are accepted: MASTER VISA AMERICAN EXPRESS For your convenience, Flower will store your debit and/or credit card details. Flower may request updated information from your debit and/or credit card issuer, such as your new card number or expiration date. If this information is provided, Flower may automatically update your profile information on the website and use it to process payments for your future transactions. Flower is not responsible for any fees or charges that your debit and/or credit card issuer may charge you. In the event that the issuer of your debit and/or credit card charges Flower with additional costs, then we have the right to charge your debit and/or credit card with these costs, after first informing you via written communication (email). The cost of compensation in the event that the products you have ordered are lost is borne by the carrier from the moment it has received the products to be distributed from Flower's warehouses. In the event of unsuccessful distribution of the products due to your own fault, such as an incorrect address, Flower bears no responsibility. If you wish to return and replace the products you received, please contact the following contact details hello@getflower.gr You have the right to request a return and replacement of the products within one week of receiving them.
Right of withdrawal
Right of withdrawal from distance contracts under Law 2251/1994 (as amended by J.M.D. Z1-891/2013) - Return of products
The Customer can easily return the products he has purchased from the online store because he simply changed his mind, within fourteen (14) days of receiving them. The Customer must send the products at his own expense to the address Vas. Friderikis 55, 19002 Paiania. In any case, the Customer may, before returning the products, contact the Flower Customer Service department, either by phone at 210-7238026 or by sending an e-mail (e-mail to the e-mail address: hello@getflower.gr). In particular, the Customer has the above right to return a product he has purchased from the online store without stating the reasons, under the following terms and conditions:
- (a) Within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the sale (hereinafter "Withdrawal").
- (b) This withdrawal is unjustified and the Customer must return the product in exactly the same excellent condition as received. Specifically, the returned product must be unused, in excellent condition ("as new"), exactly as before its sale, in its full original packaging (box, nylon, foam, etc.) which must not have any tears or damage/alterations). In addition, in order for the return of the product to be accepted, the original purchase document (retail receipt, invoice) must be presented by the person who originally purchased the product and whose details are reflected in the purchase document.
- (c) The return of the item is accepted only if the Customer has previously paid any amount charged by the COMPANY for sending the product to him and the shipping costs for its return.
- (d) The declaration of withdrawal is exercised in writing by completing the relevant form and sending it either a) to the postal address of the COMPANY (“Flower Organic” Vas. Friderikis 55, 19002) or b) to the electronic address hello@getflower.gr
- (e) Following the declaration of withdrawal, the COMPANY is obliged to refund to the Customer the price it received. In the case of charging the Customer via credit card, the COMPANY, if it has received the price from the Bank, will be obliged to inform the Bank of the cancellation of the transaction and the Bank will proceed with any foreseen action. Following this information, the COMPANY bears no responsibility for the time and manner of execution of the reversal, which is regulated by the contract drawn up between the issuing bank and the Customer.
- (f) The refund of the price due to withdrawal to the Customer will be made no later than fourteen (14) working days. from the time the COMPANY received demonstrable knowledge of his withdrawal.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal of par. 7
The right of withdrawal under article 4 § 10 of Law 2251/1994 does not apply:
- Products that are not suitable for return, for health protection or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery, such as personal care items.
Order Cancellation
Without limiting the provisions on Withdrawal of Article 9, the cancellation of the order can be made when the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped. You can cancel your order by sending an email to hello@getflower.gr
