No one could have predicted the developments of the past few days. The COVID -19 pandemic has drastically changed our way of life and adapting to the new conditions is a great challenge for all of us. We stay home, make everyone's lives easier and take care of both those around us and ourselves , in some simple but very effective ways, which will keep our morale and psychology high, while also benefiting our physical condition.
How many times have you said to yourself, “I like this activity, I’ll do it when I have some free time?” Now is the time to incorporate into our daily lives all those activities , hobbies , and beneficial habits that we’ve always wanted to incorporate into our lives and for some reason never had the time or decided to do. What might they be?
Every person has different needs and interests, however the following activities are aimed at everyone without exception!
On weekdays, start your day early, do some light exercise or meditate for a while . If you can work from home, stick to your work schedule , with at least one short break for a light meal. Make sure your work space is well-ventilated and has adequate lighting, as well as a comfortable chair.
Look for an online language learning program or, alternatively, a training program in any subject you are interested in. There are dozens of websites where you can find such learning opportunities. Dedicate an hour each day to the project of your choice and give yourself a learning motivation.
Include afternoon exercise in your daily routine , if your work and life circumstances allow it, and make sure to control the amount of snacks you consume between main meals, so that you don't feel heavy and have the energy to complete the other activities you choose.
Among the chores you can do while staying home are spring cleaning the entire house, organizing your closet and drawers, washing and storing winter clothes, tending to your flower pots, clearing out your personal documents, personal hygiene and beauty items, and kitchen cabinets.
Set goals for each day's activities and allocate your time wisely.
We stay home, take care of ourselves and those around us, and use our time creatively to feel better. Because what else is caring than pursuing a good mood!
