Is your vagina suffocating?
The vagina, even though it doesn't really breathe, needs its space and its air.
Thanks to thongs, skinny, tight, leather pants, Lycra leggings, and everything else we wear that is tight and synthetic, our vagina goes through a claustrophobic period.
Trying to “breathe” through all these synthetic fabrics, the vagina cries out for help.
Infections of the area often occur with the familiar symptoms of irritation, itching, and foul-smelling vaginal fluids.
Thus, contact of the vagina with conventional sanitary napkins containing plastic can cause fungal infections, a strong odor and even eczema. Also, anything synthetic that touches this area is dangerous due to the friction that develops and can irritate or even create a wound. Ouch.
If, for example, you often have yeast infection, notice what touches your vagina - your underwear, pants, and even your sanitary pads.
The solution isn't always to throw away all your synthetic clothes and go commando in airy dresses... But you can prefer cotton underwear, pants that aren't too tight, and panty liners and pads made entirely of organic cotton.
