We carefully choose our sources of information and limit as much as possible our communication with people who cause us the most stress, while we prefer to communicate with friends and relatives who do not further burden our mood.

Work from home

It is often difficult for employers or supervisors to understand this, but working from home, especially in cases of emergency, must be done within limits, time and otherwise. Creativity improves our mood and, obviously, has excellent consequences for our work, but we should not for any reason push ourselves beyond our capacity, either to “forget” or because it is imposed on us. This is a difficult time for everyone and we must take care of ourselves properly, in order to manage the existing stress and not burden ourselves unnecessarily.
